GRILLED CHICKEN AND RIBS
1/4 dark meat chicken and two pork ribs brushed with bbq sauce and grilled over lump charcoal, served with a side of house-made potato salad


APPETIZER SPECIAL
STICKY PORK END POTATO WEDGES
A basket of golden deep fried potato wedges topped with shredded sticky burnt end pork, queso, sliced jalapeno and finished with a handful of deep fried onion rings

FEATURE SANDWICH
CHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH
Choose either a grilled or deep fried breaded chicken breast topped with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Served on a toasted bun


SALAD OF THE WEEK
JERK CHICKEN CAESAR
Romaine lettuce topped with diced tomato, red onion, croutons, shredded parmesan cheese and smoked jerk chicken. Served with caesar dressing on the side

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SPECIAL
TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
A rich blend of pasta and tuna with a white cheese sauce, topped with house potato chips, and served with a fresh dinner roll to clean your plate
